I would say it’s less carbonated for a soda and goes flat more easily. It is sweetened with only stevia, hint the name, and I think there is a slight aftertaste. It has 0 calories and 0 carbs. Aside from not loving this flavor, I love that this product is calorie free and also free of many of the unhealthy ingredients and dyes found in traditional soda. Overall, a good product and idea but don't expect it to taste very similar to Dr. Pepper. I really like the idea behind this soda brand. It's a nice treat in the middle of the day if you're dieting but it's still soda and it's still a diuretic. Many of the reviews complain that Stevia is only the fifth ingredient and that the sugar alcohol Erythritol makes up most of the recipe. This is a legitimate complaint though I haven't had any adverse reactions to it.
